Morgan's tour bus collided with a Walmart truck on the New Jersey turnpike last June, which aside from his own traumatic brain injury, resulted in the death of his close friend, comic James McNair. In May, Walmart settled a lawsuit filed by the comedian. The amount of the settlement is undisclosed.
